JUDGMENT / ORDER

These petitions have been filed to call for the records relating to CC No.38 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Gobichettipalayam and quash the same.
2. Today, the petitioner and second respondent / defacto complainant along with the leaned counsel for the petitioner are present and their identities have been verified. They have submitted that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled. The second respondent / defacto complainant has expressed her willingness to quash the proceedings in CC No.38 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Gobichettipalayam against the petitioners in both the petitions. An affidavit dated 03.01.2017 signed by the second respondent has been filed before this Court to that effect.
3. In view of the above, these Criminal Original Petitions are allowed and the criminal proceedings in CC No.38 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Gopichettipalayam, against the petitioners herein is quashed. The affidavit dated 03.01.2017 filed by the second respondent is taken on record. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
