JUDGMENT / ORDER

Respondent/ Complainant Petition under section 438 of Cr.PC., praying that in the circumstances stated in the memo of grounds filed herein, High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent to release the petitioner on bail in the event of her arrest in Cr.No.120/2014 on the file of the Chilakalaguda Police Station, Hyderabad. District, The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memo of grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P. Nagendra Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of Public Prosecutor for Respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER:
The petitioner is A-2 in Crime No.120 of 2014 of Chilakalaguda Police Station. Crime No.120 of 2014 is in respect of Sections 354(A)(2), 365, 506, 509 and 323 IPC read with Section 34 IPC. She seeks for grant of anticipatory bail.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that so far the petitioner is concerned, even according to the prosecution, the petitioner is not guilty of the offence under Section 323 IPC.
The case of the prosecution is that in or about 2010, when the de facto complainant stayed in the house of the petitioner for a period of four days, the petitioner allegedly beat the de facto complainant. The other offences would appear to be not relating to the petitioner. The petitioner is a lady and is said to be an Advocate.

In view of the offences levelled against the petitioner and the sex of the petitioner, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
Consequently, this Criminal Petition is allowed. The petitioner- A2 shall surrender before the X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Secunderabad, within two (2) weeks from today. On such surrender, the learned X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Secunderabad, shall enlarge the petitioner on bail on a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each in a likesum to his satisfaction.
