Challenging the order of the first respondent dated 01.07.2003 and for a consequential direction to the 1st respondent to appoint the petitioner in the post of P.G. Assistant (Botany) under General turn Priority basis (GTPR) for Adi Dravfidar Welfare and Kallar Reclamation Higher Secondary Schools (KRHSS).
2. In paragraph No.8 of the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, it is stated that the second respondent viz., S.Rajendran, has been appointed in the Kallar Reclamation Higher Secondary School, Vellamalaipatty, Madurai District.
3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the second respondent that the second respondent is continuing his service for the past 14 years.
4. In view of the above, there is no question for setting aside the order of the second respondent. Hence this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
