ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings in Rc.No.C2/8158/2014 dated 18.11.2014 of respondent No.3, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization.
From a perusal of the impugned proceedings, it is evident that on inspection, certain substantial variations were allegedly found with respect to PDS rice in the petitioner’s fair price shop bearing No.03082 of Gollagudem Village and that, therefore, respondent No.3 has suspended the petitioner’s authorization. The said allegation needs to be enquired into by respondent No.3. Therefore, at this stage, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. However, respondent No.3 is directed to conduct a detailed enquiry, in which he shall give an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner with reference to the relevant registers and records. Respondent No.3 shall hold personal enquiry and make an objective approach, without being blindly guided by the reports of his subordinates or by extraneous considerations, and pass a detailed order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
Subject to the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.45649 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
