After arguing the appeal for some time, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the second appeal be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant to take appropriate remedy in accordance with law, if any, available.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
