ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble Sri Justice Vilas V.Afzulpurkar) Learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj has produced a Memo along with the report filed by the Collector, (PW), Mahaboobnagar District, dated 26.08.2014. It is stated in the report that the police have completed the investigation in Crime No.50 of 2007, which was registered against the accused, and have filed the charge sheet, which is numbered as C.C.No.638 of 2014, and the same is stated to be now pending before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mahabaoobnagar.
In view of that, no further orders are necessary in this contempt case.
Contempt case is, accordingly, dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
