This contempt petition is filed complaining that the orders passed in W.P.(MD).No. 4119 of 2012 dated 26.06.2012 has not been complied with.

2.When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, it is stated that as against the orders passed in the writ petition, W.A.(MD).No.1446 of 2013 is also pending.

3.Therefore, this contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to reopen the contempt petition, once he succeeds before the Writ Appeal Court.
