PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action as are necessary on the basis of the representation dated 11.11.2016 of the petitioner within a time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R
Heard Mr.P.Ganesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.
2. By consent of the parties the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has made a complaint against the 3rd respondent, who was indulged in large scale misappropriation of funds in the Arulmighu Badrakaliamman Thirukoil, Mecheri, Mettur Taluk, Salem District. Based on the complaint, a formal enquiry was conducted and thereafter, he was transferred to some other temple. Again by an impugned ordered dated 11.11.2016, he was transferred to the same temple. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition to direct the first respondent to take appropriate action on the basis of his representation.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 has submitted that if the said representation is pending, the first respondent will consider the representation on merits and in accordance with law.
5. In view of the submission of the counsel for both sides, this Court is inclined to direct the first respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2016 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
