Shri O.P. Tiwari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner claims to be senior most teacher in the institution namely Zila Panchayat Balika Inter College, Chandauli. It is further submitted that despite being senior most and despite being numerous communication has been sent by the Joint Director of Education, Varanasi Region, Varanasi to the District Inspector of Schools, Chandauli, the representation of the petitioner has not been decided till date. He further pointed out that the latest communication dated 16.3.2019, is annexed as Annexure no.13 to the petition.
Shri Shivendra Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of D.I.O.S. submitted that an appropriate direction may be passed for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid representation.
Shri Indresh Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Management has supported the version of learned counsel appearing on behalf of D.I.O.S.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Inspector of Schools, Chandauli (respondent no.4) to take an appropriate decision on the communication dated 16.3.2019 (annexed as Annexure no.13 to the petition), expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
