JUDGMENT / ORDER

The revision has been filed challenging the order dismissing the petitioner's application seeking to return of vehicle.
Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has produced a letter sent by the petitioner that already a confiscation proceedings have been initiated, and he has also paid the amount of Rs.57,250/- and the vehicle has been handed over to the petitioner.
3. Recording the above submission, since the vehicle has already been returned to the petitioner nothing remains for adjudication in this revision.
4 . In the above circumstances, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
