JUDGMENT / ORDER

On 12.01.2017, when the matter was called, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the same was posted today (19.01.2017) under the caption "for dismissal". Even today when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and also the first respondent.
