This Criminal appeal coming on for Orders this day, the Court delivered the following:
JUDGMENT In spite of granting four opportunities, the learned counsel for the appellant has not furnished correct address and even process fee for issuance of notice to respondent. On previous two occasions also, absolutely, there is no representation on behalf of appellant’s counsel before the Court. Hence, there is no purpose in simply granting time even without being asked by any of the parties.
Therefore, criminal appeal is dismissed for non- compliance of office objections as the appeal is between two private parties.
