JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register an FIR based on the report filed by the second respondent police dated 13.02.2017 in C.M.P.No.1 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1 (Special Judge for Land Grabbing Cases), Thiruppur.
2. The matter relates to land grabbing. When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents, submitted that the cooperation of the petitioner is required by the respondent police for completion of enquiry.
3. The above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent on 22.06.2017 for enquiry. On such appearance, necessary enquiry be conducted by the third respondent on that day and further proceedings shall go on.
4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
