2. It is the case of the petitioner that he has lodged a complaint with the third respondent police as against one Suresh and others and the same was registered in Crime No.536 of 2015. Though the said complaint was registered as early as on 31.7.2015, till date, final report was not filed. Hence, the present petition.
3. I have heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the third respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.536 of 2015 pending on his file and file a final report, if not already filed, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
