Submission is that the Complaint of the applicant under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station Section-58 Noida, District Gautambudh Nagar is pending since the year 2012. As yet the Trial Curt has not been able to secure the presence of the accused.
This application is disposed of directing the Court below to secure the presence of the accused within a period of two weeks and decide the complaint within a period of six weeks thereafter.
