JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2017, seeking for demarcation of his property situated in No.188, Kaatudevathur Village, Madurantakam Taluk, Kancheepuram District bearing Survey No.41/2B1B admeasuring an extent of Acre 1.10 cents, within a time frame.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2017 to demarcate his land, the respondent has not passed any order so far.
3. Mrs.K. Bhuvaneswari, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation, on receipt of necessary charges from the petitioner and pass orders, in accordance with law.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, on receipt of necessary charges from the petitioner for demarcating the land, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2017 and pass orders, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
