2. It is the case of the petitioner that on the basis of the complaint given by one Murugesan, who is unknown to the petitioner, the second respondent police is frequently calling the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and is harassing him. Hence, the present petition.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no such harassment was made by the second respondent police and only based on the complaint given by the said Murugesan, the second respondent police is conducting investigation and the petitioner is required to cooperate with the police authorities with regard to the investigation to be conducted.
4. The said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. Since there is no harassment by the second respondent police, the present criminal original petition is closed. The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the second respondent police to complete the investigation on the complaint given by the said Murugesan.
