Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Mandamus to call for the records in relation to the proceedings of the the second respondent in Ref.No.Award No.T/C14/BR/PVTN/6865/6866 dated 24.11.2005, quash the same and consequently direct the official respondents to award the contract of the above work of supplying bed rolls in A.C.II & III Tier coached in Train Nos.6865/6866 to the petitioner.
