The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, to direct 2nd respondent rejecting the application of the petitioner dated 17.09.2003 for appointment and quash the same and forbearing the 1st respondent from appointing the 3rd respondent as Headmaster of the 2nd respondent's school and from regularizing the 3rd respondent as Headmaster from 01.09.1997 and from paying the salary for 6 years to the 3rd respondent as recommended by the 2nd respondent and directing the respondents 1 and 2 to appoint the petitioner to a suitable post in the 2nd respondent's school on compassionate grounds.
2. I heard Mr.R.Margabandhu learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari Government Advocate for R1 and Mr.S.N.Ravichandran for R2 learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
3. It is reported by Mr.S.N.Ravichandran, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent states that the petitioner got appointment in the Government School and to that effect he has given a copy of particulars in which the petitioner's name is mentioned in Serial No.389.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reported before this Court that there is no instruction from his client namely the petitioner herein.
5. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader and the learned counsel for the second respondent, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
