Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the case in Crime No.879 of 2016 has been settled before the Lok Adalath, based on which, the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai has closed the same on 12.11.2016.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
