Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records, relating to letter HR4/4578/92 dated 26.07.1999 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same and further direct the first respondent to execute the Sale Deed of the house bearing No.HIG 132, Phase VIII, Hosur, Dharmapuri District allotted to the petitioner.

ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 26.07.1999 passed by the first respondent, wherein the petitioner was directed to remit the difference in land and development cost calculated with simple interest at the ruling rate of interest prescribed by the Board for every year from 01.04.1991 which comes to Rs.59,800/- for the allotment made prior to 31.03.1991. He further prays to direct the first respondent to execute the Sale Deed of the house bearing No.HIG 132, Phase VIII, Hosur, Dharmapuri District allotted to the petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the respondent / Board would fairly submit that the sale deed was executed in favour of the petitioner on 20.09.2006 itself.
In view of the above submission, this court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
