Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not approving the petitioners' admission in RR Christian College of Nursing, Kurnool, though one academic year is being completed, and in not issuing ICR forms to the petitioners to appear for the examinations to be held during November / December 2014, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 16 of the Constitution of India and for a consequential direction to the respondents to approve the petitioners’ admission in RR Christian College of Nursing, Kurnool, under Convenor Quota for the academic year 2013-14.”
At the hearing, Mr.D.L.Pandu, learned Counsel for the petitioners, sought for permission of the Court for withdrawal of the Writ Petition.
The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel, WPMP.Nos.35446 and 37803 of 2014, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, are disposed of as infructuous.
