Respondent Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of suspension issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.1246/2007/A5 dated 23.03.2007 and quash the same and direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with all attendant benefits.
