JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.R.S.Selvam, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondent.
2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to grant permission to conduct the cultural programme (Aadal & Padal programme) at Arulmighu Sri Mariyamman Temple, Aandipadi Village, Kolagantham Post,Alathur Taluk and Perambalur District scheduled to be held on 19.06.2017 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2017.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that inspite of the representation being given to the respondent on 09.06.2017 for conducting cultural programme in the Temple on 19.06.2017, the respondent has not passed orders till today.
3. A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017 by order dated 03.03.2017 in similar circumstances directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner therein and dispose of the same.
4. Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 15.06.2017.
With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
