HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.18333 of 2009 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed challenging the notification issued by the respondents inviting applications for filing up of existing vacancy by creating a new shop pursuant to the orders of bifurcation, which was not served on the petitioner.
2. This Court by order dated 07.09.2009 directed both the parties to maintain status-quo and the petitioner is continuing by virtue of the said status-quo order. 4. Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies undertakes to serve a copy of the orders of bifurcation to the petitioner, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
