2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that by proceedings dated 21.11.2016 in Na.Ka.No.297/2002/A1, the prayer of the petitioner has been considered and the order of this Court has been complied with.
3. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, I am of the opinion that nothing survives in this contempt petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the present contempt petition is closed.
