2. When the matter came up for hearing on 12.06.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. On the other hand the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the Maintenance Case in M.C.No.62 of 2011 was disposed of on 01.03.2013 and also produced the copy of the same for a perusal of this Court.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
