2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the complaint was enquired and the action was dropped on 21.02.2011 itself.
4. Recording the said submission, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum.
