ORDER Learned HCGP is directed to take notice for first respondent.
2. After arguing the matter for sometime, Sri.
Aravind Reddy.H, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to raise election dispute before the competent authority.
3. Memo dated 25.05.2017 is placed on record.
4. Accordingly, the Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to raise election dispute before the competent authority in accordance with law.
