JUDGMENT / ORDER

By order dated 29.08.2017, this Court has ordered the miscellaneous petition filed under Rule 2-B of Appendix V of AS Rules to permit the petitioners to file a single Writ Petition, subject to the http://www.judis.nic.inpayment of separate Court fee. However, the petitioners have not complied with the order of this Court dated 29.08.2017.
3. Now, the petitioners seek to withdraw the petition as well as the writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioners has circulated a letter dated 18.09.2017 seeking permission of this Court to post the matter for withdrawal. Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the heading for withdrawal. When the matter is taken up today, a similar request is made before this Court and an endorsement has also been made to that effect.
4. In view of the above, W.M.P.No.24276 of 2017 as well as the W.P.Sr.No.84375 of 2017 are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
