ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.4, in not allotting the essential commodities in respect of the petitioner’s Fair Price Shop No.31 of N.Venkatampalli Village, H/o Nijavalli Village, Kundurpi Mandal, Anantapuram District, for distribution for the month of January 2015, as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh) placed before the Court a copy of the release order, dated 30.12.2014, issued by respondent No.4 in favour of the petitioner for January, 2015 quota of essential commodities.
In view of the same, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.51338 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
