ORDER:
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner, who is fair price shop dealer of Shop No.75 of Billubommayapalli Village, Dharmavaram Mandal, Anantapuram District, with the grievance that respondent No.4 has not been allotting essential commodities to him for distribution.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for civil supplies (A.P), on instructions, submitted that respondent No.4 has raised allotment order for the month of January, 2015 and that, if the petitioner produces demand draft for the value of the essential commodities, release order will be issued.
In view of the above submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to approach respondent No.4 with the demand draft, upon which respondent No.4 shall issue the release order.
As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.51636 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
