2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.97 of 2013, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed before the learned District Munsif-cum- Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur on 08.02.2017.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
