…PETITIONER … RESPONDENTS THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENTS TO CONSIDER THE REPRESENTATION MADE BY THE PETITIONER ON 6-11-2015 VIDE ANNX-B IN RECEIVING THE PART OF THE CLAIM AMOUNT OF RS.5.00.000/- AND TO GRANT TWO INSTALLMENTS THEREAFTER TO PAY THE REMAINING CLAIMED AMOUNT AND ETC.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 06.11.2015 vide Annexure-B in receiving the part of the claim amount of Rs.5,00,000/- and to grant two installments thereafter to pay the remaining claimed amount.
2. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and in view of the facts of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with a direction that suitable action, if not already taken on the representation submitted by the petitioner, shall be taken in accordance with law by the competent authority by a speaking order within four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
