Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner states that he filed a complaint dated 5.9.2014 before the respondents 2 and 3 alleging serious financial fraud against the respondent No.4, but no action is taken by them. Hence the writ petition.
Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that the complaint of the petitioner was endorsed by the Superintendent of Police and Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kurnool and received by the respondent No.3 on 1.10.2014 and based on the allegations made in the complaint, he registered a case in Cr.No. 247 of 2014 under Section 420, 464 and 465 IPC and took up investigation. It is stated that a notice under Section 91 Cr.P.C. was addressed to the Manager, Axis Bank, S.V. Complex, Kurnool with a request to provide the original application closure form for closing the account belonging to the petitioner and all transactions of his account from 1.5.2013 to proceed further in the matter and during the course of investigation, all facts will be examined and necessary evidence will be collected and after thorough investigation, the case will be finalized.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, the grievance of the petitioner as made in this writ petition does not any more survive. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
