JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. B.H. Bhatt, learned Counsel for Tanna Associates, states that respondent No.3 is unserved in Special Civil Application No.833 of 2000 and respondent No.9 is unserved in Special Civil Application No.2 of 2004 and he further states that respondent No.8 in Special Civil Application No.833 of 2000 has expired. He further states that the details of legal heirs of respondent No.8, who has expired, shall be supplied by him to Mr.Mangukiya, learned Counsel for the HC-NIC Page 1 of 2 Created On Fri Feb 12 01:33:33 IST 2016 SCA/833/2000 2/2 ORDER petitioners.
2. The learned Counsel for petitioners shall take appropriate action for joining the legal heirs and effecting service to unserved respondents.
3. Fresh Notice to the unserved respondent(s) returnable on 23.10.2012. The appropriate application for joining the legal heirs of the deceased respondent shall be made on or before 23.10.2012.
