This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction, to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1/2013 on the file of the CBCID, Cuddalore District, to CBI for further fresh and fair investigation.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

6. Considering the facts brought to the notice of this Court that the investigation by CBCID, in this case, is not yet completed, it is suffice to direct the CBCID to complete the investigation and file final report, if not already filed, as expeditiously as possible.
