JUDGMENT / ORDER

Today, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for by the petitioner namely grant of internship certificate has already been issued by the 4th respondent - Medical University and the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the endorsement made by him, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
