This Writ Petition is filed questioning the proposed sale of immovable property at the instance of Gruhakalpa Housing Society Limited, Mahaboobnagar.
As rightly pointed out by Sri M.Aravind, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.2, the petitioner failed to implead the said society. Therefore, the Writ Petition suffers from non-joinder of necessary party.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition by impleading the said society and also to file a proper Annexure-I.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.41325 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is dismissed as infructuous.
