It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent that the suit in O.S.No.1087 of 2007 came to be dismissed as abated by an order dated 24.03.2015. Therefore, nothing survives in the Civil revision petition and the prayer in the civil revision petition has become infructuous.
