Order:
This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that respondent Nos.3 and 4 have been illegally instructing the petitioner not to approach them for allotment of essential commodities, for the month of December, 2014, for distribution through the fair price shop of M.Agraharam Village, Murakambat (PO), Chittoor District, though her authorization relating thereto is subsisting.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) representing the respondents submitted that he has issued necessary instructions to respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to prevent the petitioner from functioning as the fair price shop dealer so long as her authorization subsists. He has also assured that respondent Nos.3 and 4 will allot essential commodities for distribution to the petitioner’s fair price shop for the month of December, 2014, and also subsequent months.
The submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader are placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of with the caution to respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to give scope to the grievances of such nature, as expressed by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, in future.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.43025 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
