Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel Petitioner has approached this Court to expedite the proceeding of Revision No. 25 of 2006 (Ram Bishal and others v. Mediya and others) pending before the Additional Commissioner Prayagraj Mandal, Prayagraj.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition stands disposed of directing the second respondent to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case and conclude the same, expeditiously, preferably within three months, in accordance with law, provided there is no legal impediment.
