By means of this writ petition the petitioner has come to this Court with the grievance that against respondents no. 6 to 13 repeated F.I.Rs. have been filed, yet they are threatening the petitioner of life and liberty and property and no action has been taken by the police authorities in spite of the F.I.R. and lodging various complaints.
It is submitted that statement has also been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., but no arrests have been made so far.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no. 4 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and do the needful expeditiously, as far as possible, within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is presented before it.
