COMMON ORDER
Challenging the order of interim injunction granted in I.A.Nos.1391 & 1390 of 2015 in O.S.No.146 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tiruvallur, the 1st defendant has filed the above Civil Revision Petition.
2. Mr.S.Sadasharam learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court had granted an order of interim injunction in both applications and the applications are being adjourned periodically by extending the interim order granted by the trial Court. Further, the learned counsel submitted the 1st defendant had already filed his counter and therefore, it would be suffice to direct the Principal District Munsif Court, Tiruvallur to dispose of both applications within a time frame.
3. In these circumstances, without going into merits of the matter, I direct to the Principal District Munsif Court, Tiruvallur to dispose of the applications in I.A.Nos.1391 & 1390 of 2015 in O.S.No.146 of 2015 on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 28.04.2017.
4. With these observations, the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
