This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief:
(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of appropriate writ directing the respondents authorities writ directing the respondents authorities to connect the electricity connection of petitioners' factory and supply the electricity with immediate effect."
Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter for sometimes, confined his prayer to the extent that the permanent Lok Adalat, Ghaziabad may be directed to settle the dispute within a stipulated period of time.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the Permanent Lok Adalat, Ghaziabad to decide the matter in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
