JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to remove the petitioner name from the history sheet.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, there is no case pending against the petitioner before any of the respondents.
3. On the other hand, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the enquiry against the petitioner is pending.
4. The said submission is recorded and under such circumstances, the respondents are directed not to harass the petitioner pending completion of enquiry. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected WMP is closed.
