This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to take necessary action on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.12.2016, based on the legal opinion rendered by the Assistant Public Prosecutor, Judicial Magistrate No.II, Mettur.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, who has no serious objection in considering the relief sought for by the petitioner.
3. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondents to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.12.2016 and proceed further as per law.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
