JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition narrating all the facts. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle. In view of the same, liberty is granted and this Criminal R.MAHADEVAN, J.
