Khan, IPS and others … Respondents THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE NO.1372 OF 2013 O R D E R This contempt case was filed alleging disobedience to the interim order dated 13-10-2012 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P. No.42996 of 2012 in W.P. No.33800 of 2012. By the said order, this Court suspended the proceedings dated 05-10-2012 terminating the services of the petitioner.
2. It is now stated by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that the writ petition itself has been allowed by this Court thereafter. Sri S.M. Subhan, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that his client has also been re-engaged in service.
3. In that view of the matter, this contempt case does not survive for consideration and is accordingly closed. Needless to state, in the event the petitioner has any grievance, the same constitutes an independent cause of action and he would have to seek redressal by way of appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
