JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 4th respondent to consider his representation dated 01.09.2017 submitted to rectify the mistake in the FMB in Survey No.238/9B and 238/10A and 238/10B at Kolathur Malacherry Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Kanchipuram District, in the light of Judgment in O.S. No.114/2009 and to pass orders, within a time frame.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that so far the 2nd respondent has not passed any order on the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2017.
4. Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2017, and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
